• Location: NHS Hospital, Liverpool

• Duration: 6 months

• Schedule: 5 days a week

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

• Rate of Pay: £23ph-£30ph

Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and contribute to both the wards and dispensary of a busy NHS hospital. In this role, you will:
? Review and dispense prescriptions to ensure safe and effective medication use
? Provide clinical advice to healthcare staff and patients
? Conduct medicines reconciliation for patients on admission and discharge
? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes
? Ensure compliance with NHS guidelines and maintain accurate records

To be successful in this role, you will need:
? A valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
? No previous hospital experience required—full training provided
? Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
? Excellent communication and teamwork skills
? The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
