Pharmacist - Band 7 - North London - Wards

• Job Title: Locum Pharmacist (Band 7)
• Location: North London
• Duration: 3-6 months
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM (30-min lunch)

• Rate of Pay: £28 - £32 per hour

Join our team as a Band 7 Pharmacist, supporting COTE (Care of the Elderly), Surgical, and Medical wards in an NHS hospital. In this role, you will:

• Conduct medication reviews and optimise treatments for patients
• Provide expert clinical advice to the multidisciplinary team
• Ensure safe and effective prescribing practices
• Support discharge planning and medicines reconciliation
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to patient safety initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GPhC registration as a pharmacist
• NHS hospital experience with a strong background in ward-based clinical pharmacy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and provide expert pharmaceutical care

This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM. The contract is 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
