• Schedule: 3 - 4 days per week ideally (flexible), ideally 8:00am–6:00pm with 30-minute break – morning/afternoon sessions may be considered

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client, a Lancashire-based GP surgery as a Locum Pharmacist and support the team in managing hospital letters and related documentation. In this role, you will:

• Process and action hospital letters

• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure smooth medication-related follow-ups

• Use EMIS and Docman systems confidently

• Attend site 1–2 weeks initially (hybrid/remote considered thereafter)

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a GP surgery setting

• Proficiency using EMIS and Docman

• GPhC registration as a pharmacist

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Independent prescribing NOT required

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
Flexible working offered – approx. 3 days per week, with the possibility of more based on service needs. Contract is for around 3 months, with potential extension.
