• Job Title: Oncology Pharmacist (Band 7/8)

• Duration: 6-month contract

• Schedule: 5 days per week, full-time

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as an NHS Oncology Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patients undergoing cancer treatment. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive medication reviews and patient assessments

• support safe and effective use of chemotherapy and related medicines

• deliver evidence-based pharmaceutical care to optimise oncology patient outcomes

• collaborate with oncology consultants, nurses, and wider MDTs

• ensure safe handling and dispensing of chemotherapy drugs

• maintain accurate clinical and patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration

• prior experience working in an NHS hospital oncology/haematology pharmacy

• strong clinical knowledge of chemotherapy protocols

• excellent communication and teamwork skills

• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This NHS hospital role requires full-time availability, Monday to Friday. The contract is for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
