Pharmacist required - Outpatients - West London

Are you a Band 6 Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in West London? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!

• Job Title: Outpatient Pharmacist (Band 6)
• Location: West London - NHS Hospital
• Duration: 3-6 months (possibility of extension)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Start Date: April onwards
• Rate of Pay: £23 - £26 per hour (PAYE Direct Engagement)

Join our team as an Outpatient Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of NHS patients. In this role, you will:
? Dispense and check prescriptions in an outpatient hospital setting
? Ensure safe and effective use of medicines in line with NHS guidelines
? Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
? Offer expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare professionals
? Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital pharmacy standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:
? A current and valid GPhC registration
? Prior outpatient or inpatient dispensary experience
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? The ability to work independently and as part of a team
? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This flexible locum role requires availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The contract is for 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
