Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in primary care. In this role, you will:

• support repeat prescription management and medicines optimisation
• carry out medication reviews and reconciliation
• provide patient-facing services, including advice and education
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• maintain accurate records and ensure safe use of medicines

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration
• experience working in GP surgeries or primary care (desirable)
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for 3–6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
