Physical Operations Manager, 6 Month FTC

What you'll do:

• Work closely with Orchard stakeholders including but not limited to Solutions Managers, Physical Sales, International Inventory & Supply Chain Management and Relationship teams to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain.


• Managing, circulating and improving an extensive suite of physical reporting for internal teams, clients and customers


• Support to wider Physical Solutions team, including Production & D2C Managers, as required


• Organise stock movements from and between our warehouses on behalf of our clients 


• Monitor catalogue stock levels in the UK supply chain, advising and organising restocks and destruction of overstocks 


• Advise and remind internal and external stakeholders on physical supply chain best practices

Who you are:

• Highly organised, bringing a methodical and exacting approach to your work


• Relevant  experience working in physical music distribution or similar


• Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills


• A multi-tasker with supreme attention to detail, follow-through and effective prioritization


• Effective communicator on phone, email, and in person
