This role pays along M1-UPS1 £38,412 - £60,092. On Wednesday's the entire college deliver online lessons so you get to work from home.

They are also located close to 3 different underground stations in Kensington & Chelsea

The Role

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging A-Level Physics lessons that challenge and stretch our students. The ideal candidate will foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of physical principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality A-Level Physics lessons to students aged 16-19
• Prepare students for AQA exams with a strong focus on academic achievement
• Support individual student progress through targeted feedback and pastoral care
• Contribute to departmental planning, assessment, and enrichment activities

About You

• A degree in Physics or a closely related subject
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or QTS/QTLS)
• Experience teaching Physics at A-Level, with a strong track record of student outcomes
• A commitment to high standards, continuous improvement, and student success
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
