Placement Administration Worker, Barnsley
Pay rate - £15.84 per hour
Contract role, Children in Care Team

Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Placement Support Worker in Barnsley.
This is to support the placement team in identifying and maintaining suitable placements for children and young people coming into the care of the local authority.
You will need to have experience of working within Local Authority Children’s Services for this role.

Responsibilities

Identify suitable placements to meet assessed need in consultation with other internal stakeholders and managers.
Support and maintain the development and updating of systems for the compilation of statistical data.
Support the process of contract completion, compliance and monitoring in respect of independent fostering and residential placements

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the office.
