Interim Planned Works Surveyor - Capital Projects
Location: South London (Hybrid - minimum 3 days on-site)
Rate: £450-£500 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: 6 months minimum

Panoramic Associates are supporting a South London-based housing organisation with the appointment of an Interim Project Surveyor to support the delivery of planned capital works.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee capital works projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and windows (values ranging from £50k-£1m).

• Manage external consultants and potentially a Clerk of Works and Resident Liaison Officer.

• Ensure effective on-site delivery and compliance with relevant standards and budgets.

• Contribute to smooth resident engagement and satisfaction through well-managed projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housing or local authority settings.

• Strong understanding of capital works delivery and contractor/consultant management.

• Comfortable working on-site in Sutton at least 3 days per week.

• Available for a minimum 6-month assignment.

This is a steady, straightforward project surveyor role within an established capital delivery team.
