Job Description - Planned Works Manager

Planned Works Manager required for a housing provider in Newport.

The role will involve the following duties,

Management of planned works including kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes.
Staff management.
Development of processes for project delivery.
Budget management.
Ensuring relevant CDM and documents are collected.
Reporting into Head of Asset Management.

Contract role for six months, looking for someone based locally to Newport.
