Planner

Location: Gloucestershire Contract Type: Contract (Outside IR35) Duration: Long-term

The Role: We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled P6 Planner to develop, manage, and monitor robust project schedules for a significant infrastructure scheme. This is an Outside IR35 contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Development: Create, update, and maintain detailed project programmes using Primavera P6.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, identify critical path activities, and highlight potential delays.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Produce accurate forecasts, earned value analysis, and comprehensive progress reports.
• Risk & Opportunity: Identify programme risks and opportunities, supporting mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Change Management: Manage programme changes, variations, and delay analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Planner on large-scale infrastructure or heavy civils projects.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, construction methodologies, and planning principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and integrate with diverse teams.
