• Create and manage operational work orders and coordinate scheduling activities across departments.
• Analyse data to support performance and ensure accurate, right-first-time delivery.
• Maintain and distribute essential operational data while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet business priorities and customer expectations.
• Support the development of standard procedures and contribute to training and continuous improvement efforts.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems like SAP and ClickSoftware.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
