Job Description - Plasterer

Our Client in North Tyneside are looking to add a time served Plasterer to their team. You will be based in the Tyne and Wear area working as a Maintenance Plasterer working on domestic social housing works.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday – Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
£18 LTD per hour

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenance work.
Delivering the highest quality Patching and Skimming work, rendering for internal and external walls and Multi finish work.
Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements

Candidate Requirements:

Time served in Plastering.
Experience within similar roles
Full UK Driving License
