Position Summary:
Experienced Pipefitter / Welder required for a role in Stockton. Undertaking Pipe welding for a small business specialising in pressure vessels across a range of industries.

Hours per week:
40 minimum with O/T available at 1.5 x

Duration:
2 months rolling

Rate:
Days - £20.26 PAYE/£26.57 Umbrella
Nights - £29.17 PAYE/£39.40 Umbrella

Candidates will have:
Understand and work from engineering drawings
Mark out and Fabricate as part of a team - according to engineering drawings - including rolling plate, use of oxy-acetylene to cut and manipulate material, tack and square fabrications.
Understand heat placement and weld sequencing
MIG Weld - undertake long runs in a variety of positions (uphill / overhead)
Work with press brake, rollers, guillotine, notcher, punch, rotor broach and pillar drill as required.
