Platform Engineer

SC Cleared Cloud Engineer (Level 3) | £550 - £575/day | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid (1 days / month in London)

We're looking for an experienced Level 3 Cloud Engineer to provide vital support for a cloud-based Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) platform. If you're passionate about technology and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you!

• Rate: up to £575/day (Inside IR35)

• Contract Length: 6 months

• On-Call Requirement: Paid rota (1 week on, 1 week off)

• Provide Level 3 engineering support within an established team

• Participate in 24/7/365 Out Of Hours engineering support

• Work within agile methodologies for scalability, cost-efficiency & availability

• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform/CloudFormation, Linux Admin, Nginx, Packer

• Collaboration Tools: Git, Jira, Confluence

• Security Clearance: Must be SC Clearable & Ideally NPPV3

• Kubernetes, Docker, Hashicorp tools (Vault, Consul, Packer)

• Strong ability to define logical design & align infrastructure to business needs
