Platforms Business Analyst

• Location: York or Perth (Hybrid Working)
• Contract: 6-month initial contract
• Rate: c.£500 per day (via umbrella)

Sanderson are partnered with a leading financial services brand to identify an experienced Business Analyst to support a critical, in-flight platform migration project.

You will play a key role in the migration of JIRA and Confluence from AWS to the Atlassian Cloud platform, engaging with stakeholders across the business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements across multiple business units
• Analyse and map current vs. target state workflows and configurations
• Support planning and execution of a large-scale data migration (~3.5TB)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence)
• Background in cloud migrations or platform transitions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
• Solid understanding of AWS and Atlassian Cloud environments
• Financial services experience is essential
