Plumber

Your new role

• Plumber- wet plumbing, toilets, taps, sinks, showers, baths, wetrooms, pipework, all hot and cold water systems
• Maintenance & repair work- generally responsive repairs so fixing breakdowns and leaks
• Social Housing
• Occupied properties
• Van and fuel card provided (van to take home but just for work use)
• 40 hours per week- 8-4:30 Monday to Friday
• Using a tablet to complete jobs
• Paid at an hourly rate which is in line with a £39k salary.
• Job is initially set for 6 months but has strong potential for extension or permanent work in the longer term.
• Must have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
