Plumber

Plumber - £17.11/hour (PAYE) Facilities Management 37.5 Hours/Week 2-Month Temp Contract - FK5 Postcode

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Plumber to support our facilities maintenance team in Larbert on a temporary 2-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on:
- Storage tanks, sanitary ware, taps, showers, thermostatic mixer valves, cisterns
- Domestic hot and cold-water systems, pipework, drainage
- Water treatment systems, including various pumps and valves
- Monitor, top up, flush, adjust, and repair water treatment systems
- Diagnose faults and complete remedial plumbing repairs across plant and building systems
- Work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a maintenance team

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, or facilities management
- Proficient in all aspects of plumbing systems maintenance and repair
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and reliable work ethic

What We Offer:
- £17.11 hourly rate via PAYE
