Plumber

Your new company
You will be working for a well-established social housing contractor throughout the North-West.
Your new role

• Carry out urgent and routine plumbing repairs in residential properties (often social housing)
• Diagnose and fix issues like leaks, blockages, faulty taps, toilets, and radiators
• Perform first and second fix plumbing (e.g. pipework, fittings, appliances)
• Respond to emergency call-outs as part of a rota
• Use a PDA or mobile device to receive and update job details
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety and building regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence (van and fuel card often provided)
• Experience in domestic maintenance, especially in
  Occupied homes
