Plumber

My client is recruiting for TWO Commercial, or Domestic Plumbers to work on some high end apartments in Hampstead.

HOURLY RATE : £24 per hour

LOCATION : Hampstead, North London

DATE COMMENCING : Monday 11th July 2025

LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 4 months work, maybe longer

HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30am - 16:30pm
· Book x 9 hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION : Plumber

As the Plumber, you will be working on the under floor heating for each apartment - there are 38 apartments to complete. You must have experience with working on under floor heating systems. The project is in Hampstead, North London, there is parking on the street but using the Underground would be cheaper. The site is close to the tube stations.

REQUIREMENTS : Plumber
· CSCS / JIB Card
· Carry your own tools and kit
· Have full onsite PPE

PERSON SPECIFICATION : Plumber
· Can read a drawing
· Can be left alone to work
· Can communicate well with others already on the site
· Can work a full 45 hour week
· Get paid CIS

Please Note : You will be paid via our payroll partner Marvel Payroll, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
