Plumber - Social Housing

Location: Kensington & Chelsea (W8)

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (40hrs per week)

Pay: £28.00ph paid weekly via umbrella - No CIS/LTD

Duration: Ongoing Contract - Long Term

Notes: Must hold NVQ level 2 as a minimum. Van supplied, fuel card supplied. Must have previous experience in Social Housing works. Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS prior to starting

Duties

We are looking for a confident and self-motivated individual who has the ability to multi-task and can carry out small works in other trade disciplines, to undertake the role of a Plumber within the Clients Housing Operations team. It is essential for you to have a practical understanding of the construction / property maintenance industry. You will be liaising with residents, peers and colleagues on a daily basis so communication and customer focus will be essential to the role.
