Description
Support the day-to-day operations of the PMO, ensuring effective project governance, documentation, and reporting.
Maintain and update PMO documentation, templates, and project files.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
Track project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of PMO reports, dashboards, and metrics for senior leadership.
Coordinate PMO meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
Maintain project and portfolio management tools
Help onboard new project staff with PMO standards and tools.
Support audits and compliance checks related to project documentation and governance.
Profile
Proven experience in a project support, PMO, or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) is an advantage.
Experience with project management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
