PMO Analyst - Data Migration Project

Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable client in the Insurance/Financial Services sector on the continued expansion of their programme team. You will be joining a large scale transformation programme which involves the migration from their on-premise data centre's onto the cloud (Azure). The programme has multiple projects within it, including a project to decommission their data integration tool (BODS) which supports their HR & Payroll function and to implement a cloud-based, AI enabled tool to help improve their reporting functionality.

Our client are looking for an organised, self-sufficient and experienced PMO Analyst to help support 4 Project Manager's on 5 work packages within this Project. You will be supported by a wider PMO team but will work independently the majority of the time. You will be responsible for all aspects of PMO governance including but not limited to: Finance, Resource Planning, Risks, Issues and Change Management.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Extensive PMO Analysis experience in a wide range of industries and projects
• Experience supporting multiple Project Managers independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
• A data driven approach and ability to adapt to different processes
• Experience in the Financial Services sector or a highly regulated environment would be beneficial

This is an exciting opportunity to join a project from the start and take full ownership of PMO responsibilities. This is an initial 6 month contract with a high possibility of multiple extensions. The role has been deemed inside IR35 and you will be required to work onsite in Stratford Upon Avon once a week; the client may be open to you working on site two consecutive days every two weeks.
