PMO Manager

£600 to £650 Per Day - Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Duration: 6 months

Location: Warwickshire - 1 day per week onsite, rest remote working

Our leading financial services client in the West Midlands is seeking a highly accomplished PMO Manager with strong Resource Management/Planning experience, to work on an exciting datacentre migration program of work.

Datacentre project experience and financial services sector experience would be desirable but is not essential.

Candidates who are Midlands based will be given priority.

Deliverables -

Deliverable 1: Establish an effective resource management process and cadence, aligned to Enterprise standards and processes, to ensure that resources are effectively secured, and key IT and business stakeholders are engaged appropriately.

Deliverable 2: Establish a stakeholder management plan to supplement existing resourcing meetings, to ensure datacentre resource requirements are communicated and understood, and enabling issues and challenges to be quickly identified and dealt with.

Deliverable 3: Provide resourcing updates to key governance forums including the Programme Steering Group and Focused Support & Assurance meeting. Analyse and interpret data on programme and project resources, providing insight to the Programme leadership team. Collate, prepare, distribute, and present reports, summaries and communications that are clear, relevant, and accurate so they meet programme/ project requirements, and ensuring resourcing risks and issues are highlighted.

Deliverable 4: Orchestrate the execution of the resource management process within the Datacentre PMO team to ensure work is managed and key deadlines can be met with sufficient time built in for quality review.

Deliverable 5: Contribute to the wider activities of the Datacentre PMO team and programme, including contribution to ongoing process improvement activities.
