We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Polisher to join a high-end bodyshop based in Coventry, working on luxury damaged vehicles.

The Role:
You’ll be polishing repaired and repainted vehicles to a flawless finish, ensuring they meet premium standards before leaving the workshop.

Key Duties:

• Machine and hand polishing to remove defects and improve paint finish

• Final rectification work on high-value, prestige vehicles

• Working closely with paint technicians and quality control

• Maintaining a clean and professional working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in vehicle polishing within a bodyshop environment

• Confident working on luxury or prestige brands

• Strong attention to detail and a pride in your work

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Contract Details:

• Location: Coventry

• Outside IR35

• Rate: £18-£19 per hour (Ltd or Umbrella)

• Ongoing contract with immediate starts
