Contract Type: Temporary (with possibility of going permanent)
Hourly Rate: £13
Working Pattern: Monday/Wednesday/Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday/Friday (Bin Day): 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you a friendly and diligent individual with a knack for keeping things in tip-top shape? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Porter/Caretaker in West London! This is your chance to be the backbone of our property, ensuring everything runs smoothly while engaging with our wonderful community!

What You'll Do:

- Keep the premises clean, tidy, and welcoming for all who enter.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring everything is in order.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks to keep our space safe and functional.
- Be the go-to person for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor the security of the property, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For:

- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members.
- Previous experience in a caretaker or similar role is a plus!
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
