Your Role:
As a Partner Portfolio Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our customer services team, responsible for ensuring seamless administration of critical functions. Your key activities will include:

• Managing Direct Debits and incoming cash with precision.
• Reconciling and logging payments accurately.
• Communicating with various stakeholders to uphold service standards.
• Meeting daily deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

• Handling additional ad-hoc tasks as required by your line manager.
