Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality lessons in the absence of the teacher, following provided lesson plans or your own.
• Encourage and motivate students, fostering an environment where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to succeed.
• Provide additional support to students who may require extra help to achieve their learning objectives.
• Apply effective behaviour management strategies in line with the school's policies.
