• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across multiple classes
• Supporting pupil progress by adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a consistent and cohesive curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Providing feedback and contributing to pupil assessments

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Proven experience working with primary-aged pupils
• Confident classroom management across different age groups
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
