Requirements:

We are looking for experienced Practice Nurses qualified in core general practice duties. Experience in chronic disease management would be desirable but is not essential.

You'll be joining a supportive and dynamic team, working alongside other Practice Nurses, HCAs, and healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment.
