The Opportunity
As a Pre-Sales Technical Consultant at Optimus, you will play a crucial role in shaping and strengthening our position as a relationship‑led, consultative partner to our clients. You will lead the development and support of both new and existing client functions, ensuring they are equipped with innovative, efficient, and strategically aligned solutions.
Working collaboratively with Operations, Sales, Client Retention, Marketing, and MI, you will propose, design, and implement business‑focused solutions that address client needs and drive meaningful results. This includes engaging with clients to understand their business models, strategic priorities, and operational challenges, and translating these insights into tailored recommendations that support long‑term success. You will also work closely with the Sales function to identify opportunities to grow market share and strengthen Optimus’s commercial impact.

You’re a proactive, solutions‑focused professional with experience working directly with customers to design and deliver bespoke solutions. You’re confident in capturing requirements, providing training, offering support, and guiding customers through onboarding and technical problem‑solving.
Curious by nature, you enjoy understanding complex challenges and translating them into clear, practical solutions. You build trust quickly, particularly with senior stakeholders, through credible communication, active listening, and a consultative approach. You’re able to propose integrated solutions that align closely with customer needs, demonstrating both technical understanding and commercial awareness.
