We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Press Brake Setter Operator to join our dynamic fabrication team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery and contribute to high-quality metalwork across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines (e.g., Amada, Bystronic, Trumpf)
Read and interpret engineering drawings, job sheets, and technical specs
Select correct tooling and program machine for various bending operations
Carry out first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment
Make manual adjustments to ensure accuracy and meet tolerances
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Report faults and assist with basic machine maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Press Brake Setter in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and bend allowances
Strong understanding of sheet metal work and fabrication techniques
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility for overtime or shift changes when needed
