The Role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced Primary Education Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team. You'll be managing a busy desk, building strong relationships with local schools, and placing high-quality teachers and support staff into primary settings.

• Source, interview, and place candidates into suitable roles

• Drive business development to grow your desk

• Manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience (education recruitment strongly preferred)

• Strong sales and business development skills

• Resilient, target-driven and ambitious

• Excellent communication and organisation skills
