The Role
You’ll be supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 with a mix of 1:1 and small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, and topic work. Your job is to help pupils stay on task, build confidence, and close learning gaps. You’ll also assist with classroom routines and provide day-to-day support to the teaching team.

The Candidate
You’re a graduate with strong communication skills and a real interest in child development and learning. You’re confident, reliable, and ready to get stuck in. Any experience working with children—whether through tutoring, mentoring or volunteering—is a big plus.
