Salary: £100-£115 per day.

A welcoming and community-focused primary school in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September 2025. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across all key stages in the absence of the class teacher.
• Support pupils with a range of additional needs, ensuring inclusive and differentiated learning.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.

• HLTA status (Level 4 or equivalent).
• Experience delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• A solid understanding of SEN and strategies to support pupils with additional needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Familiarity with Read Write Inc. phonics programme.
• Experience using White Rose Maths resources.
