• Planning and delivering creative, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning.
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s development.
• Participating in school events, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.

• PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting (or strong placement experience for ECTs).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to teaching.
