Primary Reception Teacher

Your new school
Hays works in partnership with a number of primary schools in the St Helens area to provide day-to-day and long-term teaching support. One of these partnership schools has an opportunity for a Reception Class Teacher to join them in September until the end of term at Christmas. The school is very community-based and prides itself on ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive by creating an inclusive learning environment.
Your new role
You will be working alongside another Reception class teacher on a job-share basis and will be working three days per week. The working days are open to discussion with the successful candidate. You will be working with the other teaching supporting in the planning and preparation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have:

• QTS or equivalent qualification
• Experience of teaching EYFS / Key Stage One
• Excellent subject knowledge and curriculum understanding
• A warm and friendly persona able to engage children
• A passion for teaching and learning
• A commitment to professional development and safeguarding
