Primary School Caretaker - No experience required

We are currently recruiting for a Primary School in Urmston, Trafford. This is a position to start ASAP on a temporary basis.

The Role:

• School caretaker
• Monday to Friday. 7:00am - 11:30am.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the general maintenance of the school building and surrounding grounds.

Duties include:

• Managing the upkeep of the school buildings and surrounding grounds
• Gardening and performing landscape duties or supervising outside contractors
• Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required
• Monitoring cleaning materials, tools, and furniture and reordering as required
• Adhering to the school's safety policies to create a safe working environment for everyone

To join us and be successful in this caretaker role, you will need:

• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, therefore you would need clear enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process a new one.
• Experience in a similar role as a caretaker or site maintenance.
• Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• Provide a CV with employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
