Primary School Teaching Assistant

Location: Cornwall
Pay: £85-£100/day

Tradewind is seeking passionate and adaptable Primary Teaching Assistants to support classes across Cornwall. Whether you're working 1:1, in small groups, or within the whole class, you'll play a crucial role in encouraging pupils' progress and confidence.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting class teachers with daily routines and learning activities

• Providing one-on-one or group support to pupils with varying needs

• Helping prepare lesson materials and tidy up learning spaces

• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional development

• Observing and reporting student progress

Who we're looking for:

• Previous experience with children in educational or childcare settings

• Friendly, positive and resilient personality

• A flexible team player with great communication skills

• A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
