We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across the Sandwell, Smethwick, and West Bromwich areas. Whether you're looking for flexible day-to-day supply work or more consistent short or long-term placements, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your availability and experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Working with small groups or individual pupils to support learning and development
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a primary school setting is essential
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable
• A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting children's learning
• An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
