To register with Hays, you must be passionate and driven, with a strong desire to be a successful teacher. To register as a teacher, you must meet the below core criteria:

• A minimum of 2 months' teaching experience in the past 4 years (this can include university placements
• You must have the right to work in the UK
• You must have a PGCE and QTS.
