Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant with a strong background in supporting primary-aged pupils with complex needs and PMLD to join a large 2 form entry Primary school.

This Primary school has a high intake of pupils with SEN and is seeking a flexible, proactive, and engaging TA to provide 1:1 support, helping pupils access learning and thrive both academically and socially.

Pay Rate: £100 - £115 per day (subject to experience and qualifications). This role is full-time and during school hours.

Responsibilities include:

• To plan and deliver learning activities to children and young people, differentiating, modifying and using specialist activities and approaches according to children or young people's responses/needs.
• To support students with ASD to fulfil their academic potential.
• To support all pupils, and particularly those with ASD to play a full role in the life of the school, building their confidence and self-esteem
