• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work with small groups or individual pupils to boost learning and confidence
• Help create a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive
• Assist with classroom organisation, displays, and resources
• Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• A caring, patient, and proactive individual
• Experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)
• A good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSEs or equivalent)
• A team player with excellent communication skills
