SANZA Teaching Agency is supporting a dedicated primary school in Brent seeking a compassionate and experienced SEND Teacher to work with a small group of 7 children with special educational needs.

Job Specification:

• Plan and deliver individualized learning programs for a group of 7 SEND pupils.

• Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to implement EHCPs.

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment.

• Participate in professional development opportunities related to SEND.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Experience working with children with special educational needs.

• Knowledge of SEND strategies and interventions.

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
