Primary - TA2

• Hourly Pay: £14.18

• Job Type: 8.30-15.30 Monday - Friday, term time only

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA2) to join our team starting in September 2025. This role involves working with Lower Key Stage 2, specifically Years 3 and 4. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in these year groups and must hold a TA2 qualification.

• Support the educational and social development of children in Years 3 and 4.
• Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
• Monitor and support the progress of students both academically and socially.
• Assist children with their learning activities in the classroom.
• Manage small groups of children or whole classes occasionally under the supervision of the teacher.
• Ensure the learning environment is safe and conducive to learning.

• TA2 qualification is essential.
• Experience working with children in Years 3 and 4 is preferable.
• Strong understanding of the educational needs and challenges of Lower Key Stage 2 students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
