As a Supply Teacher, you will:
? Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on your experience and preference).
? Adapt to different classroom environments and ensure continuity of learning for students.
? Follow lesson plans provided or use your initiative to deliver engaging and structured lessons.
? Build positive relationships with pupils and staff to maintain a supportive learning environment.
? Maintain strong classroom management and uphold school policies.
? Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress where required.

? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
? Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
? Ability to adapt quickly to new classrooms and follow school policies.
? A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
? Strong classroom management skills.
? A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
