Are you a creative, compassionate, and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher looking to make a real impact at the very start of a child’s learning journey? We are seeking a dedicated Early Years professional to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lancing, committed to delivering outstanding early education.

The Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn
• Monitor and assess progress through observations and learning journeys
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider school team to support holistic development
• Promote early language, social skills, and emotional well-being through meaningful interactions and routines

The Ideal Candidate:

? Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has EYFS experience
? Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and early child development
? Passionate about delivering child-centred learning through creativity, curiosity, and care
? Able to build warm relationships with pupils and families
? Committed to high standards, continuous development, and safeguarding
