Key Responsibilities:

• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high standards of learning, behaviour, and achievement.
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and align with the National Curriculum.
• Participate fully in school life, including staff meetings, INSET days, school trips, and extracurricular activities.
