What You’ll Be Doing

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that put the needs of the children first.
• Creating a stimulating, inclusive classroom environment across KS1 or KS2.
• Supporting whole-school development in curriculum, assessment, and self-evaluation.
• Collaborating with colleagues to raise achievement and uphold behaviour standards.
• Championing the school’s vision, values, and commitment to pupil well-being.

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Confident teaching across primary year groups, not tied to a specific key stage.
• Brings a strong understanding of inclusive teaching and meaningful assessment.
• Committed to school improvement and whole-school contribution.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal communication.
